
The Chimney Springs community has much to offer - beautiful
homes, great neighbors, well-landscaped grounds, a topnotch swimming pool
and a tremendous tennis facility. We also have a lake-beach area, jogging
trails, bike path, basketball courts, three mini-parks, cul-de-sac islands
and other common properties called greenbelt areas. The Clubhouse is available
for rent to Homeowners. We take a lot of pride in our neighborhood. We're

Homeowner Association membership is mandatory with home ownership. The Association is funded by a mandatory assessment that is billed semiannually, in January and July of each year. The Association is a nonprofit corporation (although not tax-exempt). The assessment provides funds for the maintenance and operation of the Association.
The Association is governed by The Board of Directors, The Officers and the Executive Committee Chairs. The Board members are elected by the community and serve two year terms. The Executive Committee and Officers are selected from the volunteer form.
The Executive Committee meets the first Monday of each month. Meetings are held at the Clubhouse. Contact the office if you are interested in attending one of these meetings.
